Important Details

Please arrive 15 minutes early for a smooth check-in.

Late entry is not permitted 20 minutes after class begins.

Puppy sessions may involve natural risks such as scratches or small nips.

Puppy wellness comes first, so interaction is not guaranteed.

A signed waiver is required from all participants.

Children must be at least 10 years old to join.

Most of our events are pop-up style, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, we’re happy to help you reschedule your class up to 3 days before the event!

We partner with local breeders around each city. Puppies joining our classes are between 8 and 12 weeks old. They are vaccinated and participate to the class right before joining their new homes. Breeds are announced up to 3 days before the weekend on our Instagram pages.

What is Puppy Yoga?

Puppy Yoga is a truly one-of-a-kind practice that blends the calming flow of yoga with the joyful presence of playful puppies. It’s designed to help you relax, reduce stress, and simply feel good, all while sharing the moment with adorable furry friends.

Our 75-minute classes are open to all skill levels and led by experienced instructors who guide you through gentle yoga poses and relaxation techniques. Along the way, you’ll also have plenty of time to snuggle, play, and connect with our well-socialized puppies.

Where do the puppies come from ?

We team up with amazing local breeders in every city to bring you the cutest yoga classmates imaginable! 🐾 Our pups are 8–12 weeks old, vaccinated, and ready to spread joy before they head off to their forever homes. After class, they return to their breeders for a little more pampering.

How many puppies will be in my session ?

Every class is packed with 6 to 12 adorable pups ready to melt your heart! 🐶 The exact number depends on the litter size and who’s available to join the fun. For their safety and well-being, we keep each litter together—no mixing, just happy, healthy puppies! 💕

Where and When Can I book my Puppy Yoga session ?

Booking is simple—just choose your city and save your spot. Right now, our puppy-powered yoga is lighting up The Bay Area, but we’ve got a few surprises in the works. 👀

New dates drop about two months in advance—so stay tuned. Your city might be next, and you won’t want to miss the moment we announce it. 🐾✨

Can pregnant women participate?

Puppy yoga is a safe and joyful experience for most people—but if you’re expecting or have any health concerns, it’s always best to give your healthcare provider a quick “pup-date” first, just to be sure it’s right for you. 🐾✨

Can children participate ?

Puppies love kids—but for everyone’s safety (and sanity 🐾), little yogis must be at least 10 years old to join. If you’re under 15, you’ll need to bring an adult sidekick to share the fun!
